“How might we increase circularity with Telco Devices & Telco Network Materials for all our customers (B2B/B2C) and our suppliers so that we reduce our climate impact and our cost substantially?”

Our Challenge is linked to our Strategic ESG Goal on Circularity – detailed as per below:

  1. Develop a concrete action plan on how to achieve medium circularity until 2025, incl. cost/benefit analysis.
  2. +30% increase in circularity efforts vs. 2021 whilst decreasing costs for 25 %.

Medium Circularity is: Recycle, Repurpose, Remanufacture, Repair, Reuse.

Currently only a share of Devices is refurbisched & recycled. We don’t reuse raw materials itself. We don’t have a process for refurbisched products. We lack a proposition on the market towards our stakeholders.

If we do nothing, we might face more raw material shortages and increase our dependency levels. Buying everything new will in the future also be a cost issue. As a company we will never gain credibility and thus it will be harder for our brand. Increasing obligations due to the EU Taxonomy, capital market requirements, customer & employee requirements
